An Easy Fluffy Slime Recipe You Can Make With Things You Have Around the House

Stuck at home with kids and need ideas for keeping them entertained? Now is the perfect time to whip up a batch of homemade slime. This simple recipe uses common household items like glue, shaving cream, and contact solution to make perfectly fluffy slime that'll keep the kiddos entertained for hours.

Half the fun of slime time is the actual making of the slime, so be sure to get the kids involved with that. They'll have tons of fun squishing their hands in to mix it all together. How to Make Slime

What you need:

Slime ingredients:

School glue being poured from a measuring cup into a stainless steel mixing bowl to make slime.

  • 3 cups shaving cream (the key ingredient for making the fluffy kind of slime)
  • ½ cup School Glue
  • 2 TSP baking soda
  • Saline solution
  • Food coloring (a couple of drops)

Mix all ingredients together. Use saline solution as needed to make the slime less sticky.
