Return Policy

Merchandise may be returned for a refund for any reason within 30 days from the shipping date. After 30 days, only unused and unwashed merchandise may be returned for a refund. OXO products must be unopened to receive refund.

Flawed or Defective Product

If your product has a material or workmanship flaw, you may return it within two years of its manufacture date. To find the manufacture date, check the label inside of the product.

Refund Information

Your return will be processed within 2 business days of receipt at our warehouse, and a refund will be issued in the form of your original payment method.
