Sales Tax

OXO collects and remits sales tax in all states which have sales tax. Sales tax is based on the location of the shipping address.

THANKSGIVING

For Ground Shipping, orders must be placed by 5:00 pm, November 9th, 2018
For Overnight Shipping, orders must be placed by 5:00 pm, November 16th, 2018

HANUKKAH

For Ground Shipping, orders must be placed by 5:00 pm, November 23rd, 2018
For Overnight Shipping, orders must be placed by 5:00 pm, November 29th, 2018

CHRISTMAS

For Ground Shipping, orders must be placed by 5:00 pm, December 13th 2018
For Overnight Shipping, orders must be placed by 5:00 pm, December 21st, 2018

Shipping Policies

OXO ships to the fifty United States and Puerto Rico. Free shipping does not apply to cookware, metal and glass bakeware, glass food storage or small appliances.

Standard Delivery - Fed Ex Ground 3 - 5 business days * $9.10 first 9lbs, $0.10 each additional lb
Expedited Delivery - Fed Ex Ground 1 business days * $15.00 first lb, $9.00 each additional lb
     

*Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order prior to shipping. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped.

**Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes

Ground delivery can take up to 7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii. Express Standard Overnight delivery is available to Hawaii in 1-3 business days.

The weight of a product can be found on its detail page. Please note that this weight refers to the item only, and does not include packaging, which is incorporated in the shipping calculation. To reflect the policies of the Fed Ex, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
