Inventor Submission

Thank you for your interest in submitting your idea for consideration. We evaluate every submission to determine if it meets our product criteria and fits within the OXO portfolio.

The OXO evaluation process takes approximately 6-8 weeks to complete. Please note that these Terms of Idea Submission govern this submission process.

After evaluation, an OXO team member will reach out only if the product meets our criteria.

Please review the following Terms of Idea Submission, as they have changed:

• OXO and its affiliates are not under any confidentiality obligations regarding any information or invention submitted
• OXO and its affiliates may use the information or information submitted without restriction
• All inventions submitted must have a pending or issued patent, preferably in the United States
• You acknowledge that OXO and its affiliates may be independently developing products based on similar information already in OXO’s and/or affiliates’ possession
• You acknowledge that it is OXO’s policy to not sign nondisclosure agreements (NDAs)
• By submitting your invention to OXO and its affiliates, you acknowledge there is no guarantee that OXO and its affiliates will license your invention
• You acknowledge that OXO and its affiliates are under no obligation to use any information submitted
• You acknowledge that OXO and its affiliates may not respond to your information or invention submission

Please feel free to submit your idea in any of the following formats:

• Hand drawings
• Photographs
• Video demonstrating product in use
• Website about your product

Along with a visual representation, please include a written description of your invention. Please include necessary information about who you may have already disclosed your idea to prior to our communication.
