We have two burr coffee grinders at OXO: OXO Brew Conical Burr Coffee Grinder with Integrated Scale and OXO Brew Conical Burr Coffee Grinder.
The integrated scale gives you precisely the right grind to suit your tastes when brewing a perfect cup.
If you've got the OXO Brew Conical Burr Coffee Grinder with Integrated Scale(Opens in a new window), follow the steps below for using it (and if you have the Conical Burr Grinder, we have directions for using it, too).

- 11-15=coarse (for French press/cold brew)
3. Plug into outlet and slide the grounds container onto the base.
4. Press the OXO button once to wake up your Grinder. Press and hold the OXO button for about three seconds to enter the mode selection menu.
5. Turn the dial to select a mode: cups, grams or manual/portafilter. See below for more info on each mode.
Cups Mode
OXO recommends using approximately 8 grams of ground coffee per cup (5 fl oz). In cups mode, the scale will measure and display the number of cups in the ground coffee container.
1. Turn the dial to select the total number of cups you would like
2. Press the OXO button to grind.
Grams Mode
If you already know how many grams you need for your favorite brewing method, you can grind by grams by selecting your desired quantity: from 1 to 125 grams. In grams mode, the scale measures and displays the number of grams in the ground coffee container.
1. Turn the dial to select the total number of grams you would like.
2. Press the OXO button to grind.
Manual/Portafilter Mode
In the manual mode, the display selection is disabled: you cannot select cups or grams. Once manual mode is selected, you can grind into the grounds container or a different container, or you can remove the ground coffee container and place a portafilter under the chute. 1. Press the OXO button to start grinding. 2. Press the OXO button again to stop grinding. Whether you like strong or mild, espresso or drip, French press or pour over; the right Grinder can help you get the grind you need to make your perfect cup(Opens in a new window).
